Our shipping process is designed to ensure quick and secure delivery of your Fullerton Bicycles order. Delivery times are based on typical order processing and shipping times to provide a reliable estimate.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time: Processing begins once you place your order and typically takes 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

Important Notes:

  1. Public Holidays: Delivery times may be impacted during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers operate on modified schedules. Normal services resume following each holiday.
  2. Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund of 50% of your original payment once we receive the item.
  3. APO/FPO & PO Boxes: We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
  4. Delivery Delays: Incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or other unforeseen issues may delay delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. To view your order status, log into Fullerton Bicycles, navigate to the “Order Status” section in the footer menu, and enter your tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking details to become active in the courier’s system. Estimated delivery time remains valid regardless of tracking updates.

Customs and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and VAT on their orders.
