We hope you’ll love everything you ordered from Fullerton Bicycles! If, however, you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Note: Returns or exchanges must be authorized by our Customer Service team at Contact@fullerton-bicycles.com. We do not accept items sent back without prior notification. To initiate a return or exchange, please provide your Order Number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment qualify for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the item.

2. Return and Exchange Process

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Overdue requests may not be accepted.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Refund Process

  • We will email you once we’ve processed your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 15 business days to process. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us.
  • Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

5. Changes to Orders

  • For changes to an order (such as address updates, quantity changes, or item additions/removals), please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

6. Taxes and Customs Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties and VAT on their orders.

Important: All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original labels attached in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied, and fees may apply. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund assessment.
